The heating was unpredictable. despite setting the radiator to zero, it still emitted heat, and instructions for key return were non-existent, which caused some confusion. the presence of black mold on the bathroom ceiling raised health concerns. The surrounding street could feel a bit dark and intimidating at night, even though it was well-lit.
